Adam Levine‘s days as Hollywood’s perpetual rock and roll bachelor are over and you know what that means?
Getting rid of all the evidence of singledom – like your crash/party pad in the Hollywood Hills.
The notorious modelizer, who has an impressive list of catwalk exes, including Angela Bellotte, Anne V. and Nina Agdal, shocked the world when he got down on one knee last week to ask his Victoria’s Secret lady love Behati Prinsloo to be Mrs. Levine.
And ready to start his life with his 24-year-old bride-to-be, the Maroon 5 frontman also just unloaded his Los Angeles home built-for-one for a cool $3.55 million.
The tatted up rocker, 34, bought the stunning home in 2005 for $3.195 million and put some serious work into the place, including a total redesign inside and out, courtesy of designer extraordinaire Mark Haddawy.
The chic overhaul was featured in Architectural Digest‘s March 2012 issue and showed off the impressive new features in the 2,045 square foot manse – going from three bedrooms (plus a separate guest unit) and four bathrooms to just one master suite.
Tucked away on the hillside, the abode has a semi-circular terrace with breathtaking views of the cityscape and newly re-built rectangular pool and spa.
So as he says adios to his former love nest-for-one, The Voice coach is ready for married life now that he’s also purchased a new adult (and family)-friendly mansion in Beverly Hills last October which is also being spruced up by Mr. Haddawy.
The $4.38 million ranch-style estate is located in a gated compound above Benedict Canyon with equally-impressive square footage. Known as the Benedict House, the 6,500 square foot manse has 6 bedrooms and 7 baths and is paparazzi-proof, secluded behind the prestigious Wallingford Estates, a community comprised of only 14 homes. This impressive and historic digs has all the charm of a family home – stunning living room, formal dining room, restaurant-style kitchen, and a studio that can be easily transformed into a screening room or a music studio.
Let Million Dollar Listing New York’s very own Ryan Serhant take you on a private tour of both not-so-humble homes in the Realty Byte video above.
