Jennifer Aniston In Glamour: ‘Happiness Is A Choice’

Jennifer Aniston covers Glamour's September 2013 issue

Does Jennifer Aniston even get older? Her cover of Glamour‘s September issue suggests no – the glowing beauty doesn’t look a day over 25.

The 44-year-old actress rocks a silky black dress for the stunning shot, while flashing her baby blues and that classic knowing smile.

Jen chatted with the mag (the interviewer was her We’re The Millers costar, Jason Sudeikis) about advice she would give her younger self.

“Don’t try so hard. Pay attention. Do your homework. Go to class” are Aniston’s lessons for her teenage years.

“Thirties. Thirties. Go to therapy. Clean up all of the sh*t. Clean up all of the toxins and the noise. Understand who you are. Educate yourself on the self,” she says of the more complicated decade (the one where she happened to go through a divorce with ex-hubby, Brad Pitt).

But Jennifer has some words of wisdom that could help anyone at any old age.

“[But] you can undo a lot of things. If you’re not happy, you can become happy. Happiness is a choice. That’s the thing I really feel. Like with friends who refuse to get happy, who refuse to rise above the discomfort of where they’re at,” she explained.

And it seems like Jen has plenty to be happy about right now. She recently told The Associated Press that she’s in no rush to marry fianc Justin Theroux, saying, “we already feel married.” Aww.

Jennifer’s Glamour issue hits newsstands August 6th. See more from the upcoming issue at
