Pamela Anderson may be facing a mountain of debt, but she’s hoping that renting out her Malibu manse will dig her out of the financial hole.
The Baywatch babe has gone from asking $7.75 million for her contemporary beach spread to listing the revamped pricey pad for $40,000 a month, Celebuzz has learned.
So if you want to spend the hot summer months basking in the Cali sun typically reserved for the rich and famous, you’ll need that kind of ca$h to do it. OR… if you want to wait it out a wee bit longer, all you’ll need is a mere $27,500 a month for the off peak season.
But we gotta say, we never knew behind the platinum blonde bombshell’s questionable taste in (barely-there) clothing lay an interior designer extraordinaire (she’s listed as one of the 3-bedroom home’s designers, but we’re pretty sure the others pulled some serious weight.)
The stunning 2,700 square-foot teak sided home is listed as “perfect for the renter wanting to enjoy quiet, beach days while being close to the action.” Forget the action outside, inside has plenty to offer in terms of superior relaxation. The house has its very own courtyard filled with olive trees, lavender, figs and avocado that leads the lucky renter to a swinging glass door and onto an airy living room and chef’s kitchen with only the best-of the-best appliances and high-tech home theatre system (controllable by ipads and “iPorts” flush-mounted in walls in three rooms, of course.)
Climb the stairs to the romantic master bedroom with white marble wood burning fireplace and open tub with large sliding glass wall opening to a huge deck overlooking the glistening pool and… get this… teepee area.
And that’s not all. Every former Playboy Playmate needs a glass-enclosed shower that has a built-in sauna (with TV!), king-size Tempurpedic bed, and an even more impressive closet with mirrored walls.
The two guest rooms come with a super fancy $14,000 tub and enough room for six special VIPs to have a sleepover, lounge by the saltwater pool – or even better – chill out over cocktails on the built-in underwater seats at the wet-bar.
